SafeHaven Assessment
SafeHaven reviewed communications and conducted interviews with supervisors and the employee. Indicators included emotional escalation following discipline, expressions of hopelessness, and rumination on perceived humiliation.

Pathway to Violence Indicators
Behavior was limited to grievance and emotional distress with no evidence of movement toward later stages such as targeting, preparation, or approach behaviors.

Hunter vs. Howler Analysis
The employee’s behavior was classified as “Howler-type” behavior involving emotional venting and reactive statements without organized planning.

Management Recommendations
SafeHaven recommended temporary remote work assignment, HR engagement, employee assistance referral, and monitoring of workplace communications.
