Bobby Jordan

Bobby is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over 30 years of dedicated service, including extensive experience in both aviation and policing. A native of northeast Texas, Bobby graduated from Cumby High School in 1985 and enlisted in the United States Navy in 1986, where he honed technical and leadership skills as a P-3 Flight Engineer. Over the course of his military career, he completed numerous overseas deployments in support of anti-submarine warfare, reconnaissance, and illicit drug interdiction missions. He served in VP-40 from 1987 to 1991 before transitioning into law enforcement.

In 1993, Bobby began his law enforcement career with the Bowie County Sheriff’s Office, where he earned certification as both a Jailer and Peace Officer. Two years later, he joined the Texarkana, Arkansas Police Department, where he rose through the ranks over the next 29 years, culminating in his promotion to Assistant Chief of Police.

Throughout his career, Bobby developed expertise in a wide range of areas, including accident reconstruction, criminal investigations, SWAT operations, and narcotics enforcement. He served as the agency’s Accident Reconstructionist and was responsible for handling numerous capital murder cases. In addition, he was an integral part of the Bi-State Narcotics Task Force as Commander from 2015 to 2022.

A committed leader, he served on the SWAT team for 16 years, ultimately rising to the position of team commander. His leadership journey continued with his promotion to Captain in 2016, which led to his selection for the prestigious FBI National Academy. Bobby graduated from the 280th Session of the FBI National Academy in December 2021, a milestone achievement in his professional development.

Bobby retired in July 2024, leaving behind a legacy of service, leadership, and dedication to his community. Bobby now works as a consultant with SafeHaven Security Group.
